Rich Stapf and his crew build 2-4 homes each year and have been busy even during the housing downturn. These homes have been built as custom homes, rentals, reconstructions and spec homes. In every case Rich has developed contemporary plans and then worked with the City or County through the permit process in order to get the houses underway. He has responded to a wide variety of needs: a one level home for a senior couple, a custom home on acreage which included a shop/garage, a spacious new home which is the first home for a young couple.
