Completed in early 2012 this 1750sf 3BR 2.5BA home was built on a lot owned by Stapf Construction. The new owners had been looking for the right house in Port Townsend and had not considered having a new house built until they met with Rich Stapf. They had been concerned about the challenges of meeting a budget and timeline in new construction. The design and construction of their new home proved to be relatively stress free and it came in on time and on budget.
